BIOGRAPHY
Upon the completion of a Masters of Science degree in Counseling Psychology from California State University Fullerton, Mr. Rinehart has finished over two years of study toward the completion of a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology. He has over twenty-five years of experience in the field of Vocational Rehabilitation. Mr. Rinehart's expertise encompasses the imputation of earning capacity in Family Law litigation; the assessment of the effects of disability upon employability and earning capacity in Personal Injury, Medical Malpractice, Wrongful Termination-Fair Employment Housing Act, and Bankruptcy-Homestead Exemption litigation; work evaluation; vocational assessment/career counseling; and the placement of adult disabled and non-disabled individuals. He is under contract with the Social Security Administration and provides Vocational Expert testimony in adjudication hearings. Mr. Rinehart is also under contract with the Department of Labor as a Vocational Rehabilitation Counselor.
Mr. Rinehart is a Licensed Marriage/Family/Child Therapist, a Diplomate of the American Board of Vocational Experts, a Diplomate of the American Board of Disability Analysts, a Diplomate of the American College of Certified Forensic Counselors, an Elected Member of the National Association of Disability Evaluating Professionals, a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor, a Certified Department of Labor Rehabilitation Counselor, a Certified Disability Management Specialist, a Certified Vocational Evaluator, a Qualified Functional Capacity Evaluator, a Certified Social Security Administration Vocational Expert, a Certified Career Assessment Associate, and a Certified California Dispute Resolution Mediator.
